Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours, and all appointments are reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for your understanding of the following policy, which helps us manage our schedule and compensate our service providers fairly.

Credit Card Requirement
A credit card is required on file for all appointments valued at $100 or more. After booking, you will be sent a secure form to safely provide your credit card information. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

Cancellation Notice Period

• 24 hours’ notice is required for all standard appointments
• 48 hours’ notice for appointments of 2 hours or longer, group bookings, or other high-value services

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made outside of the required notice period will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
All appointment changes and cancellations must be made directly through the spa by phone or through our official booking system. Messages sent directly to individual service providers may not be seen in time and are not considered valid cancellation notice.

Policy Acknowledgement
By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

GIFT CARDS PURCHASED PRIOR TO MAY 1st, 2024 ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED.

Gift cards are not accepted for cosmetic injection services and select special offers (as posted). We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, they are treated as cash.

Spa Etiquette at Body Beautiful Spa

To help make your visit relaxing and enjoyable, please keep the following in mind:

• Arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shorter treatments with full charges applied.

• Keep noise to a minimum. Please silence your phone to respect the relaxation of other guests.

• Let us know about any allergies or medical conditions before your treatment. For most services, you will be asked to fill out a health form prior to your treatment.

• Avoid heavy meals or alcohol before your appointment to ensure comfort.

• Want to extend your service? Let us know early—we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

• Have feedback or a concern? Please speak to your provider or management so we can make things right. We truly appreciate the opportunity.

Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated. A 15–20% tip is customary for spa services, based on satisfaction.
