Welcome to Body Beautiful Day Spa + Salon! By using our website (bodybeautifulspa.ca) and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Appointments and Cancellations:

  • To book an appointment, you must provide accurate personal information.
  • Appointments cancelled or significantly altered within 24 hours (or 48 hours for bundles) will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
  • No-shows will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
  • For spa bundles and large bookings, a credit card is required to secure your reservation through a secure form.
    • As a small business, last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and significant changes greatly impact our schedule. Repeat no-shows or missed appointments may require full payment at the time of booking.
    • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, with full charges applied, to avoid inconveniencing other guests. If you’re running late, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

      Online Bookings:

      • Online bookings are subject to availability.
      • You will receive a confirmation email or text once your appointment is confirmed. If you do not receive a notification of acceptance, please call us at 905-727-2332 to confirm.

      Pricing and Payments:

      • Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
      • Payments for services are due at the time of your appointment.
      • We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), debit cards, and cash.
      • We do not offer refunds – if there’s an issue with your product or service, please reach out to us and we will do what we can to fix.

      Gift Cards and Promotions:

      • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
      • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
      • Body Beautiful Day Spa + Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Gift certificates should be treated as cash.
      • Gift cards are not accepted for cosmetic injection services and semi-permanent makeup.
      • SPECIAL NOTE regarding gift cards sold prior to May 2024: Body Beautiful Day Spa + Salon has recently come under new ownership and is no longer Body Beautiful by Harmonious Minds. We are no longer accepting gift cards purchased prior to May 1, 2024.

      Health and Safety:

      • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to your appointment.
      • We reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s health condition poses a risk.

      Personal Belongings:

      • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

      Website Use:

      • By using our website, you agree not to misuse any content, images, or information provided.
      • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website without prior notice.

      Liability:

      • Body Beautiful Day Spa + Salon is not liable for any injuries, reactions, or dissatisfaction resulting from our services, except in cases of proven negligence.

      Changes to Terms and Conditions:

      • We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
