Cancellation & Gift Card Policies

We require a minimum of 24 HOURS notice (48 HOURS for bundles or multiple appointments) – Appointments cancelled within this timeframe will be subject to a fee of 50% of their scheduled service(s).

We value your business and thank you for respecting our cancellation policy.

  • Appointments cancelled or significantly altered within 24 hours (or 48 hours for bundles) will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
  • For spa bundles and large bookings, a credit card is required to secure your reservation through a secure form.

As a small business, last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and significant changes greatly impact our schedule. Repeat no-shows or missed appointments may require full payment at the time of booking.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, with full charges applied, to avoid inconveniencing other guests. If you’re running late, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT GIFT CARDS PURCHASED PRIOR TO MAY 2024

Body Beautiful Day Spa + Salon has recently come under new ownership and is no longer Body Beautiful by Harmonious Minds. As a courtesy we have accepted gift cards from the previous company for the past 7 months and we will continue to honour the previous company’s gift cards going back to 2023 with the following condition:

Effective January 1, 2025

All gift cards purchased from Body Beautiful by Harmonious Minds between January 1, 2023 – April 30, 2024 will be honoured at full value ONLY if you spend an equal amount or more on additional product or services (this can include a new gift card).

Please note gift cards purchased prior to 2023 will no longer be accepted.

Gift cards are not accepted for cosmetic injection services and semi-permanent makeup.

At Body Beautiful Spa, we want to ensure that each of our guests has an enjoyable and relaxing experience. In order to make the most of your spa visit, please keep in mind the following spa etiquette:

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please keep in mind that arriving late may require us to shorten the length of your treatment, with full charges applied, in order to not inconvenience other guests.
  • Please respect the relaxation of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum and turning off your mobile phone or other electronic devices.
  • Please let us know if you have any medical conditions or allergies that we should be aware of before your treatment begins.
  •  We recommend that you refrain from eating a heavy meal or drinking alcohol before your treatment, as this may make you feel uncomfortable during your service.
  • At Body Beautiful Spa, we are committed to providing an outstanding experience for every guest. If you have any concerns or feedback about your treatment, we encourage you to share them with us during or after your service. Our goal is to address any issues in a timely manner and make things right. We understand that some guests may feel uncomfortable bringing up concerns during their service, that’s why we ask you to let management know and we will follow up with you as soon as possible. Our top priority is to ensure that your experience is satisfying and we appreciate the opportunity to make it right before any negative comments are posted on social media.
  • We understand that you may wish to extend your service for a longer period of time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however please note that availability may be limited due to scheduling constraints. If you would like to extend your service, please let us know before your treatment begins, or before it ends, so that we can check on availability and make the necessary arrangements.

By following these guidelines, we can ensure that each guest has an enjoyable and relaxing experience at Body Beautiful Spa.
