Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 HOURS notice (48hrs for packages) – Appointments cancelled within this timeframe will be subject to a fee of 50% of their scheduled service(s).

We value your business and appreciate your co-operation with our cancellation policy. Please note any appointments cancelled within 24 hrs (or 48 hrs for bundles) will be subject to a charge of 50% of their scheduled service. For spa bundles and other large bookings, you will be asked to provide your credit card number through a secure form in order to reserve your spot in the schedule.
At Body Beautiful Spa, we understand the importance of keeping to our schedule and appreciate your efforts in keeping your scheduled appointments. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.
As a small business, we rely on our clients to keep their appointments and appreciate your understanding that last-minute cancellations and no-shows can have a significant impact on our operations.
For clients who have repeat no-shows or missed appointments, full payment may be requested at the time of booking your next appointment.
We also kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please keep in mind that arriving late may require us to shorten the length of your treatment, with full charges applied, in order to not inconvenience other guests. Late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments unless our schedule permits.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT GIFT CARDS PURCHASED PRIOR TO MAY 2024
Body Beautiful Day Spa + Salon has recently come under new ownership and is no longer Body Beautiful by Harmonious Minds. As a courtesy we have accepted gift cards from the previous company for the past 7 months and we will continue to honour the previous company’s gift cards going back to 2023 with the following condition:
Effective January 1, 2025
All gift cards purchased from Body Beautiful by Harmonious Minds between January 1, 2023 – April 30, 2024 will be honoured at full value ONLY if you spend an equal amount or more on additional product or services (this can include a new gift card).
Please note gift cards purchased prior to 2023 will no longer be accepted.

At Body Beautiful Spa, we want to ensure that each of our guests has an enjoyable and relaxing experience. In order to make the most of your spa visit, please keep in mind the following spa etiquette:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please keep in mind that arriving late may require us to shorten the length of your treatment, with full charges applied, in order to not inconvenience other guests.
- Please respect the relaxation of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum and turning off your mobile phone or other electronic devices.
- Please let us know if you have any medical conditions or allergies that we should be aware of before your treatment begins.
- Â We recommend that you refrain from eating a heavy meal or drinking alcohol before your treatment, as this may make you feel uncomfortable during your service.
- At Body Beautiful Spa, we are committed to providing an outstanding experience for every guest. If you have any concerns or feedback about your treatment, we encourage you to share them with us during or after your service. Our goal is to address any issues in a timely manner and make things right. We understand that some guests may feel uncomfortable bringing up concerns during their service, that’s why we ask you to let management know and we will follow up with you as soon as possible. Our top priority is to ensure that your experience is satisfying and we appreciate the opportunity to make it right before any negative comments are posted on social media.
- We understand that you may wish to extend your service for a longer period of time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however please note that availability may be limited due to scheduling constraints. If you would like to extend your service, please let us know before your treatment begins, or before it ends, so that we can check on availability and make the necessary arrangements.
By following these guidelines, we can ensure that each guest has an enjoyable and relaxing experience at Body Beautiful Spa.
